Tsymbal Iryna has been working as the private notary of the Kharkov city notarial district since 1997, before worked as a consultant in a state notary´s office of Kharkov. Education - graduated from the Ukranian State Law Academy in 1994. The registration certificate about registration of private notarial activity №71 issued by the Kharkov regional department of justice 17.11.1997г.

The private notary performs the following notarial actions:
- certification of agreements of alienation of real estate, including the land property: sale and purchase, exchange, gifts, the lifelong maintenance, hereditary
- contracts, contracts of management and others;
- certification of hypothecary contracts, mortgage;
- certification of wills;
- certification of powers of attorney;
- certification of marriage contracts, contracts between spouses about partition property;
- issue of certificates on the property right to a share in common property of spouses;
- issue of certificates on purchase of property from the public tenders (auctions);
- prohibition of immovable property alienation;
- notarization of copies of documents;
- legalization of signature on documents;
- certification of facts;
- execution of inscriptions;
- execution of bill´s protests.
The notary has wide experience of work with agreements of alienation of real estate, including contracts with the installments of payments, hypothecary contracts, mortgage of property concluded to secure credit agreements with banking establishments.
Has access to electronic registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, namely:
- Unified register of powers of attorney,
- State register of transactions,
- Unified register of prohibition of immovable property alienation,
- State register of burdenings of movable property,
- State register of mortgages,
- Hereditary register.
